1. Charges for Lab Access
- Application of the Access Card: HK$xxx per card and non-refundable.
- Account maintenance fee:
- Entry fee: HK$xx/hour, minimum payment of HK$xx for each entry, capped at HK$xxx/month
- Replacement fee for lost or damaged Access Card: HK$xxx/card
2. Charges for Equipment Usage
4 Categories of Equipment (Please refer to Table 2)
- Category 1: Free of charge
- Category 2: HK$x/hour, round-up to the nearest hour
- Category 3: HK$x/minute, round-up to the nearest minute
- Category 4: HK$x/minute, round-up to the nearest minute
3. Other Charges
- Laboratory materials sold in the Central Fabrication Laboratory (Table 1)
- Material Deposition
- Service charges by CFL Staff, HK$xxx/hour (Internal job request)
Other Remarks
- For equipment usage, if any user failed to show up to check-in the equipment booked, a penalty of HK$xxx will be imposed.
- For equipment damages resulting from negligence, the Central Fabrication Laboratory will charge in full or part for repair costs.
- In the event of any disputes, the Central Fabrication Laboratory reserves the right of final decision.
